Returns & Exchanges

30-day return window

We want you to be absolutely certain of your Monttieri. You may return any unworn timepiece within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Condition

The watch must be unworn, in its original presentation box, with all tags, paperwork and the protective film intact. Watches showing signs of wear may be subject to a restocking fee.

How to return

  1. Email jeanrospide3@gmail.com with your order number.
  2. We will issue a prepaid, insured return label.
  3. Drop the parcel at your nearest courier point.
  4. Refunds are processed within 5 working days of receipt.

Exchanges

Prefer a different reference or strap? We are happy to exchange any piece within the 30-day window. Email us and we will hold your new selection while your return is on its way.

Faulty or damaged items

If your watch arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will arrange an immediate replacement.
